摘    要:本文分析了真菌毒素致病机理及危害,评述了真菌毒素检测技术与方法,了解和掌握了真菌毒素检测技术研究的进展,阐述了加强我国真菌毒素检测技术研究的重要性,为建立准确、快速、简便的检测技术体系提供了依据.
