| Abstract: | In this paper function and phase division of nuclear power plant （NPP） commissioning were described. Several practical events occurred during commissioning of NPPs in China were introduced and analyzed, so that 5 sorts of main causes of events were summarized. Based on that, a set of key-points of NPP commissioning management were proposed, which would be helpful for commissioning management of those nuclear power units currently under construction in China. |
