多功能光子治疗仪光子脱毛106例临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察应用多功能光子治疗仪行光子脱毛106例的疗效。方法:应用中科院长春光机所生产的多功能光子治疗仪进行光子脱毛,采用波长610—1200nm,每3W治疗1次,平均4—6次,观察记录治疗反应及治疗参数,摄术前术后照片存档,进行临床评估。结果:106例患者总有效率80%以上,治疗期间未发生紫癜、癜痕等并发症。结论:多功能光子治疗仪属柔和光子技术(LHE),对毛发的治疗是非侵入性的,具有操作简单、安全、有效、快捷、微创等优点,其波长、能量、脉宽与治疗结果有关。

Abstract:Object:To observe the therapeutic effects of 106 cases of photon hair removal with multifunction photojuvenation.Method:Treatment of photon facial photoaging was performed with multifunction photojuvenation producted by Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics of Chinese Academy of Science.Wave length 610-1200 nm was applied and treatment was performed every three weeks(total 4-6 times).Treatment parameter was recorded and postoperative and/or preoperative films were saved.Then the evaluation of clinical effects was undertaken.Results:Total effective rate of 107 cases was above 80% and concurrent diseases(peliosis,purpura et al)were not observed.Conclusion:Multifunction photojuvenation was belonged to light heat energy and its effects were excluded of virulence.Multifunction photojuvenation manipulated simply,safely,efficiently and microwound.The wave length,energy and pulse width of the multifunction photojuvenation had effect on therapeutic results.
