复合场(电磁场及激光)下发动机纳米复合涂层表面研究

摘    要:在复合场(电磁场及激光)下,在发动机表面或引擎(活塞)表面喷溅了一层纳米复合涂层,研究了纳米复合涂层对发动机抗磨减摩性能的影响。结果表明:纳米复合涂层使发动机抗磨减摩性能显著提高,其中抗磨强度增强30%,减摩性能改善1/3左右。发动机纳米复合涂层各元素C,Rh,W随AES溅射深度的增加丰度减小。

Abstract:Nano-composite coating was prepared on the surface of engine or piston by splashing under electric-magnetic and laser field.The effect of nano-composite coating on the tribological behavior of the engine was studied.The result shows that the antiwear and friction reduing characteristics of the engine are improved by the nano-composite coating.The wear rate is reduced about 30%,and the friction coefficient is decreaced about 1/3.The content of Rh,C,W elements in the nano-composite coating is reduced with the increase of splashing depth.
