金属垫片密封机制研究

摘    要:对金属垫片的泄漏形式和微观密封过程进行分析研究,并对金属垫片密封性能进行试验研究。研究表明:金属垫片密封泄漏形式主要是界面泄漏,而渗透泄漏通常可忽略不计;密封表面的表面形貌、压紧应力以及介质压力是金属垫片界面泄漏的主要影响因素,但密封表面的表面形貌对金属垫片密封效果影响比压紧应力和介质压力要显著得多。

Abstract:The sealing mechanism,leakage characteristic and microcosmic sealing process of metallic gasket were investigated.The experimental investigation on the sealing performance of metallic gaskets was carried out.The research indicates that the main leak of the bolted flange metallic gasket is interface leaking,the important factors that influence the leak of the bolted flange metallic gasket are compressive stress,medium pressure and surface topography.The topography of sealing surface has a major influence on the bolted flange connections.
