摘    要:并行工程的核心问题是产品开发过程中的管理与技术的综合集成,以小组为工作模式,以改进产品开发流程为核心,通过数字化产品模型定义DFA、DFM、DFD、产品数据管理技术,在产品开发早期综合考虑产品生命周期中的各种因素,力争优化的T,Q,C,,S指标。并行工程是解决企业产品开发问题的有效方法,是提高我国企业产品能力的重要手段。本文详细介绍了并行工程在我国的项目研究、技术攻关和应用实施等情况。

Abstract:The kernel issue of Concurrent Engineering (CE) is an integration of management and technologies of product development processes. CE is based on the work mode of Integrated Product Team (IPT) and focus on improving the processes of product development. It takes all aspects in the product lifecycle into consideration in the early stage of product development by means of applying digital product modeling, DFA, DFM, QFD, PDM, and other technologies, thereby to meet the optimization of the aim of T,Q,C,S. CE is an effective method to solve the problems during the period of product development, an important way to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the international markets. This paper gives a detailed introduction of project research work, key technical problems tackling and practical application of CE in China.
