溶胶-凝胶法制备BZT薄膜的介电性能研究

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3薄膜(简称BZT)。通过X射线衍射测试结果可知,该BZT薄膜为钙钛矿结构且无其他杂相存在。LCR仪测试结果表明,当频率为1kHz时,薄膜具有最低的介质损耗。

Abstract:Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3 (short for BZT) films were prepared by sol-gel method. XRD patterns show that the films belong to the perovskite phase and no other phases are observed in the result. When the frequency is 1 kHz, BZT film has the lowest dielectric loss.
