| 摘 要： | 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Ba（Zr0.2Ti0.8）O3薄膜（简称BZT）。通过X射线衍射测试结果可知，该BZT薄膜为钙钛矿结构且无其他杂相存在。LCR仪测试结果表明，当频率为1kHz时，薄膜具有最低的介质损耗。

| Abstract: | Ba（Zr0.2Ti0.8）O3 （short for BZT） films were prepared by sol-gel method. XRD patterns show that the films belong to the perovskite phase and no other phases are observed in the result. When the frequency is 1 kHz, BZT film has the lowest dielectric loss. |
