深水无隔水管钻井套管下入力学影响因素分析

摘    要:从研究深水无隔水管钻井钻柱工作的环境影响因素出发,建立海流沿垂深方向流速分布数学模型,综合考虑海面风速、潮流流速等因素的影响,建立了海流力计算模型,利用加权残值法对钻柱力学模型进行求解。提出一套相关计算方法,为不同海况下套管下入能力预测提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In recent years, because the non-riser drilling BHA is light, cheap, mobile, and safe, this technology has been successfully applied abroad. China has also started the research, but drill riser drilling mechanics research is still in the blank, only a small number of applications reported in domestic and foreign research. According to environmental factors, the paper established the mathematical model related to the direction of ocean currents flow along the vertical depth distribution. Considering the surface wind speed, flow and other factors affecting the trend, the drill string mechanics model is proposed. Example calculations show that casing down into the water occurred great deformation, resulting in frequent pipe work under the difficult problem sets. This paper presents a set of related calculations for different sea conditions and provides a theoretical basis for prediction. It is significant for deepwater riser drilling.
