| 摘 要： | 描述了目前科研项目管理存在的两大类问题：项目管理问题和信息管理问题；提出了把现代项目管理理念和科研项目管理相结合的解决方案，并在此基础上提出了基于现代项目管理理念的科研项目管理系统的开发思路、体系结构、技术路线和应用前景。

| Abstract: | Two type of problems, which exist in the present project management for science research, are described: the problem of project management and the problem of information management. The solution, which means project management for science research is combined with the concept of modern projectmanagement, is presented. In that idea, development thinkings, framework, technology route and application in the future about the project management system , based on the concept of modern project management for science research, are introduced. |
