建筑防水工程的设计要素

在建筑工程防水设计时 ,要根据建筑物的重要程度、结构特点、使用功能、地区环境和耐用年限等 ,确定防水等级、设计方案和选用适当的防水材料。国家重要和特殊建筑的防水耐用年限要保证在25年以上 ,至少应设置3道以上的防水层。重要的工业与民用建筑以及高层建筑要考虑2道防水设防 ,要有15年以上的防水年限 ;一般的工业与民用建筑也要考虑10年以上的防水年限 ,采用比较可靠的1道防水设防
