摘    要:针对脱碳系统采用aMDEA改造后出现的二氧化碳再生系统水冷器、管线等出现的腐蚀的原因,经理论计算,指出由于二氧化碳冷凝液中碱性物质减少,导致系统出现碳酸腐蚀,并对腐蚀防护的措施提出相应建议。

Abstract:After CO2 removal system was revamped with aMDEA process, water cooler and pipes of CO2 regeneration system were corroded. By theoretical calculation, the author points out that the decrease of basic substance in CO2 condensate resulted in carbonic acid corrosion, and puts forward proposals of corrosion prevention.
