摘    要:工业控制技术发展至今,许多应用领域对工业控制系统提出了更高更新的要求,这些应用都存在覆盖范围广、监测点分散或者监控对象处于运动状态等特点,为了经济有效地实现所需的监控功能,作者设计了一种基于uClinux的远程监控终端,该终端利用ARM单片机控制GPRS模块,采集远程设备运行数据,依托GPRS网络,进行高速传输,并可响应监控中心的一系列遥控命令。文中介绍了该终端软硬件的设计与实现,着重给出了在uClinux下GPRS模块MC35i驱动程序的编写及实现PPP自动拨号的方法。该无线数传终端具有实时性强、数据传输速率高、稳定可靠等特点,可以广泛应用于工业监控、远程遥测等系统中。

Abstract:With the development of industrial control, some application field is facing higher and newer requirement. These applications have the feature of covering a wide range and distributing control point or the object is always moving. Design a wireless monitoring terminal based on the embedded system of uClinux in order to realize the monitoring and controlling them efficiently and economically. In this terminal, ARM MCU is used to control the GPRS module in the terminal. This wireless transport terminal adopt GPRS for remote data transferring on high speed. The terminal will collect the running data of the remote equipment and response to a serial of the master station's telemetering commands. The paper introduce the design and the implement of this terminal, provide the driver of the MC35i and a method of ppp dialer especially. This wireless terminal has many specialties such as good real-time, high speed of data transmitting, stabilization, reliability etc. It can be widely used in industry watch-control, remote control systems etc.
