金康水电站高压引水隧洞衬砌设计和优化探讨

摘    要:对于引水隧洞的衬砌设计,采用不同的设计理论会得出不同的结果;对于长引水隧洞,若隧洞中不良地质段长,在保证隧洞安全运行条件下,尽可能减少衬砌工程量和造价是设计和业主必须考虑的问题。通过金康水电站高压长引水隧洞衬砌设计、优化及实测钢筋应力分析表明,即使在地质条件差的隧洞,围岩仍然是承担内水压力的主体。

Abstract:Prevention of air leakage from air cushion surge chambers for existed hydropower stations overseas or inland all depends on treated surrounding rocks and water curtains around them.However,it is difficult to ensure good air tightness of air chamber even after complicated and expensive treatment to rocks.In the air cushion surge chamber of Jinkang hydropower station with poor geological conditions,steel plates are used to prevent air leakage successfully,consequently,short construction period,less cost and reliable operation was achieved.The steel cover air cushion surge chamber will be a good example for hydropower station with headrace tunnel.
