双向行波式声光调制器的特性研究

摘    要:本文从理论上和实验上对“双向行波式声光调制器”的特性进行了研究,利用中心频率为50MHz的双向行波式声光器件,测得其对衍射光强的调制频率为注入声频率的两倍,其电带宽△ω=7MHz,从对光强的衍射效率及对各级衍射光所分开的角度来看,它将是一种很有前途的锁摸器件.

Abstract:In this paper,characterizations of acousto-optic modulator by two antiparallel ultrasonic wave-type are investigated theoretically and experimentally. The central frequency is 50 MHz used in its modulator. The modulated frequency of the diffracted light is twice as large as that of ultrasonic waves. Its band width is 7MHz. But from the view of measuring the results of the diffracted efficiency of the light intensity and angles of diffracted light seperated, it is a promising mode-locked device.
