摘    要:针对某电厂1 913 t/h超临界压力锅炉再热汽温长期偏低的问题进行了燃烧调整试验,初步找出了影响再热汽温的因素,指出低温再热器吸热不足是导致整个再热器汽温偏低的主要原因,并进行了燃烧器摆角及锅炉吹灰对再热汽温影响的试验,给出了调整再热汽温的方法。

Abstract:Over a long period of time,the reheat steam temperature of a 1 913 t/h supercritical pressure boiler in a certain power plant has been too low.In order to solve the problem,combustion adjustment tests were carried out,during which the trouble was found to be caused by insufficient heat absorption of the reheater.Further tests were subsequently performed to study the influence of burner tilt and boiler sootblowing on the reheat steam temperature,based on which corresponding countermeasure for adjusting the steam temperature are proposed.
