| 摘 要： | 应用光电光谱法进行定量分析，不仅要从光电光谱分析理论的本身继续进行深入的研究和探讨，而且要从实验室分析操作的理论和方法上进行研究和探讨．本文就应用光电光谱法进行分析时，从氩控制气、测试条件的选取、校准曲线的绘制、光谱干扰的校正等关键性技术问题进行了讨论，为形成完整的光电光谱定量分析理论和技术方法，作了有益的探索．

| Abstract: | In doing quantitative analysis with photoelectric spectroscopy, one must not only study the theory itself, but also invesitgate deep into the technical theory and operation techniques as well, The paper discusses in detail several key technical problems in this aspect, such as argon gas, drawing of the analytical curve, correction of the spectral and correct understanding and selection of various parameters of the photoelectric spectroscopy in the founding of integrated theory and techniques in the quantitative analysis with photoelectric spectroscopy. |
