摘    要:介绍了宝钢高炉十年来的成绩和技术进步。在设备水平上,不断采用新装备、新技术,如2号、3号高炉采用了无钟炉顶,增设喷煤设备,采用新型冷却设备,增设热风炉烟气余热回收装置,采用“INBA”法水渣工艺等。在操业技术上,改进布料模式,改善煤气利用。

Abstract:This paper introduces the merits and development of Bac Steel BF production in the past 10 years. In terms of equipment,a number of new devices and new technologies are employed,such as the bell-less BF top for BF No. 2 and No. 3, pulverized coal injection units, new-type cooling facilities, flue gas recovery devices for hot blast stoves and the meethod of INBA,etc. The burden distribution mode and gas utilization are improved in the connection of operation. At the same time,management and maintenance of BF body are so upgraded that the campaign of BF No. 1 has approached 10 years.The level of pulverized coal injection 11as been constantly improved and has surpassed the designed indexes. Due to the breakthrough in low-sillicon ironmaking,the annual average sillicon content in 1992 was 0. 38% and the lowest monthly average was 0. 31 %. Great improvement has been made on the casthouse operation and the burden casting technology has been widely used. After the commissioning of BF No. 3 the smooth transition to co-production has been fulfilled.
