摘    要:现有的机床设备已不能满足新的军事装备试制需要。因此,采用开放式数控系统对X52K铣床进行了数控化改造。本文给出了整体结构框架,并阐述了改造的方法与步骤。经过实际的生产加工证明改造是成功的。

Abstract:The existing equipment has not been able to satisfy the need of new military equipment trial manufacturing. So, the open architecture numerical control system is used to carry on the numerical control transformation to the X52K milling machine. The paper introduces the construction frame, and elaborates the transformation method and the step. After the actual production proof transformation is successful.
