| 摘 要： | 分析了钢铁企业技术中心建设的重要性和必要性；总结了企业技术中心，特别是国家认定企业技术中心中其建设的主要成效和存在的主要问题；并提出了加强其建设的思路：明确发展定位；加大科技投入；加快人才队伍建设；充分利用外部资源；开展超前技术研究；增加技术创新产出。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the importance and necessity of technology center construction in the iron and steel enterprise;sums up the basic information of technology center of the iron and steel enterprise,especially national-recognized enterprise technology centers and puts forward the thought of strenthening technology center construction: definies strategy goal of technology center,increases R&D investment,strengthens HR development,makes use of the exterior resources,develops leading technology R&D,and improves the output of technology innovation. |
