| 摘 要： | 于2005年9月1日正式实施的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》对于在校大学生能否结婚给出了明确、肯定的答案。详尽分析了在校大学生不宜结婚的主客观原因，提出应大力开展“爱情教育”和营造良好精神氛围以帮助大学生树立理性婚恋观。

| Abstract: | The new General College Students Regulations was put into effect on September 1,2005.The clear and positive answer to the question whether college students could get married or not was given.Subjective and objective reasons that college students were not suitable to get married were analyzed and love education and creation of good spiritual atmosphere to help college students to establish rational marital conception were put forward. |
