铅捕集金银效果的研究

摘    要:模拟鼓风炉炼铅工艺条件,研究了熔炼产铅率不同时,金银入铅率以及有铳产生时金银的入铅率,指出当产铅率大9%时,原料中99.5%以上的金进入铅中;产铅率大于12%时,99.5%以上的银进入铅中;当熔炼产铅率较低时,铳的产生,使金银入铅率有明显下;当熔炼产经较高时,铳的产生,对金银的入铅率影响减弱。

Abstract:This article makes a simulation of the lead smelting conditions of blast furnace and study the different catching rates of gold and silver by lead when lead yield in the smelting are different and the matte occurs.It points out that over 99.5% gold in materials and more than 99.5% silver are caught by lead when the lead yield is greater than 9% and 12.5% respectively,and on the contrary,the catching rate of gold and silver by lead drop markedly and the matte occurs when the lead yield lowers.The influence of the occurrence of matte on catching rates of gold and silver by lead are brought down as long as lead yield is relatively high.
