| 摘 要： | 制备了巯基化壳聚糖（ＣＴＳ－ＳＨ），研究了ＣＴＳ－ＳＨ作为吸附柱填充材料对Ａｇ＾＋的富集作用，得到了较好效果。用红外光谱对ＣＴＳ－ＳＨ进行了表征，并分析了ＣＴＳ－ＳＨ对Ａｇ＾＋的吸附和解吸结构因素。

| Abstract: | The preparation of thiohydroxy CTS-SH was made,its function to concentrate Ag when used as packing material of adsorption column was studied and its manifestation was defined by means of infra red spectrum.The structural factors of CTS-SH to adsorb and desorb Ag were also analyzed. |
