氰化金泥低温焙烧预处理—全湿法多金属冶炼工艺研究与应用

摘    要:该工艺是在有色金属冶金的基础上 ,首创低温焙烧预处理全湿法多金属冶炼工艺 ,成功地实现了贵贱金属的分离 ,直接生产出高质量的金、银锭 ,纯度在 99 9%以上。金、银的综合回收率达到 99 95%以上 ,同时 ,能生产出铜、铅等金属 ,而且具有投资少、成本低的特点。

Abstract:This technology,on the basis of the metallurgy of non ferrous metals,is an initiation of pretreating cyanide gold slime by low temperature roast followed by all wet multimetal smelting.It successfully causes precious metals separated from base metals and directly produces high quality of gold and silver bullions,of which the fineness is above 99.9%.By this technology,the comprehensive recovery tate of gold and silver is more than 99.95%.and the base metals as copper,lead etc are produced at the same time.Moreover,its capital and production costs are lesser.
