氰化浸金过程中铅盐作用的热力学分析

摘    要:绘制了Au-Pb-CN-H2O系的ψ-pH图,研究了铅盐(如硝酸铅、醋酸铅)在氰化浸金过程中的作用。从热力学上说明了铅盐在氰化浸金条件下能作氧化剂氧化溶解金,同时生成的AuPb2等金铅合金,其电位较Au高,在氰化液中能够和Au形成原电池,促进金的溶解。AuPb2等也能够在一般氰化浸金条件下进一步被溶解。

Abstract:The potential-pH diagram for the Au-Pb-CN-H_20 system has been depicted in this paper.The function of lead salts(such as lead nitrate,lead actate) in cyanide leaching of gold has been studied.Based on the thermodynamic analysis,it shows that lead salts,acting as oxidizing agent,can dissolve gold under normal condition in cyanide leaching of gold,and AuPb_2 alloy,of which the potential is more positive than that of gold,is produced on the surface of gold at the same time.Then AuPb_2 can form numerous corrosion microcells with gold to promote the dissolution fo gold.Also,Au Pb_2 alloy can further be dissolved as well under the same conditions.
