| 摘 要： | 委婉语是一种普遍的语言现象，更是一种文化现象。就委婉语的构造动机，构造方式及构造特点等进行了分析。对委婉语现象的研究有助于培养跨文化交际意识，避免语用失误。正确而恰如其分地使用委婉语，不仅要掌握其特征、使用背景、表达方式和应用范围，还要尽量多地了解不同的文化习俗及不同社会文化的差异。

| Abstract: | Euphemism is a general language phenomenon and more of a cultural phenomenon. This paper analyzes the structural motives, structural ways and structural characteristics. The study on euphemism phenomenon helps to cultivate the consciousness of cross cultural communication and avoid pragmatic errors. To use euphemism correctly and appropriately, it is suggested not only to master its characteristics, the background of its use, expressing ways and application scope but also to learn the different cultural customs and the differences of different societies and cultures. |
