某重型汽车变速箱箱体轻量化设计

摘    要:本文以国内某重型汽车变速箱箱体为分析对象,应用HyperMesh对其进行四面体网格划分,之后对其进行自由模态和两种工况下的仿真分析,然后应用OptiStruct对其指定空间进行拓扑优化,以达到在一定约束条件下减少重量的目的。拓扑优化后重新对模型进行仿真分析并找出其应力集中和变形较大的区域,之后利用HyperMorph对其相应区域进行自由形状优化以消除应力集中和较大变形,最终使该变速箱箱体在结构、强度、刚度达到最优化,为汽车变速箱箱体轻量化设计探索有效的方法和途径,具有一定的工程实际意义。
