摘    要:针对汽车离合器助力器的实际工作原理,提出了新的测试系统软硬件设计与方法,可以实现汽车离合器助力器的高低温耐久性、常温耐久性和高低温密封性等一体化自动测试。据其构建成功的新型集成测试系统具有操作简洁方便、高效率、高精度、人机交互界面友好以及应用价值高等优点。

Abstract:According to the working principle of Clutch Booster,the hardware and software design and its method of the test are presented.The test system can be used to measure Clutch Booster's durability under high-low temperature and room temperature、Clutch Booster's leak pressure in high-low temperature.The results show that the system has concise and convenient operating process,high measuring precision,high-speed response capability and potentially extensive applications in practice.
