| 摘 要： | 以焊接残余应力为研究对象,讨论了残余应力对于结构静强度、疲劳强度、应力腐蚀性和稳定性的影响,指出残余应力的存在不影响结构的静态承载能力,但会促使结构发生脆性断裂、疲劳断裂、应力腐蚀断裂、失稳破坏等,应采取措施加以控制或消除。

| Abstract: | The object of study is welding residual stress which discussed residual stress affect on structural static strength,fatigue strength,stress corrosiveness and stability.Also it indicated the existence of residual stress does not affect on static bearing capacity,but it can cause brittle rupture,fatigue crack,stress corrosion fracture and consequence of failure of structure.It should be token effective steps on that to make sure it is under control can be removed. |
