摘    要:从现代雷达维修保障系统的根本任务和实现目标出发,建立了比较全面的新型维修保障系统效能评估指标体系。同时,针对雷达维修保障系统评估因素的模糊性和不确定性的问题,提出了一种用于评估雷达维修保障系统效能的多级模糊综合评判方法。通过实例评估,证明了该方法的合理性和有效性。最后指出了影响当前雷达维修保障系统效能的薄弱环节,并给出了改进措施。
