摘    要:结合某炼钢厂合金烘烤加料系统中的称重车的设计实例,介绍了称重车的设计及确定了电机功率及传动方式,并根据车间的特点,确定了烘烤装置、称重方式、传动装置及下料方式,该系统投产运行后,运行平稳,达到了预期的设计效果。

Abstract:Combined with the design of weighting car of alloy feeding system.GuiYang special steel company.it introduces the way of design and selection of weighting car structure and confirms the power of motor and driving mode.According to the characteristic of workshop,it confirms heating mode and weighting mode and driving device and feeding mode.It is running smoothly now.it meets the design desire.
