干湿法腈纶同浴一步法染色工艺的探讨

阐述了腈纶染色的基本原理，分析了干湿法腈纶纤维不同的染色机理，结合实验对人染温度，染料与缓染剂用量，保温段与保温时间，干湿法纤维混合百分比等参数进行了探讨，最后确定了一套对消除干湿法纤维同浴染色色差较为有效的工艺参数，并通过试验室小试得到了初步的印证。

One step single bath dyeing for dry and wet spinning acrylic fiber

In this paper discusses the general principles of acrylic fiber dyeing is discussed. The difference of dyeing mechanism between dry and wet spinning acrylic fibers is analysed. The initial dyeing temperature,the dosage of dyes and retarders,the temperature and time of heat preservation,the mixing ratio of dry and wet spinning acrylic fibers are studied experimentally. The parameters that eliminate the color difference in one bath dyeing for dry and wet spinning acrylic fiber are obtained and demonstrated in the lab test.
