摘    要:考虑槽轮机构材料的弹性和加工误差,建立了该机构的运动方程。在该方程中古典机构理论运动转化为广义座标中的约束激振力,加工误差转化为约束力的变化和初始条件,槽轮付的间隙成为非线性振动问题,工序盘的影响在两个自由度的振动中考虑,啮合点的变化成为变刚度问题。利用数值解法编制了槽轮机构动态计算机模拟程序,其结果与传统分析方法进行了比较指出了降低槽轮动载荷的途径。

Abstract:onsidering the elasticity of materials of geneva mechanism and the processing error, the author established a motion equation of this mechanism. In this equation the classic theoretical movement of the mechanism has been transformed into the constraint stimulated vibratory force on the generalid coordinates, the processing error has been transformed into the change of constraint force and the primary conditions,the clearance of geneva pair turned into the issue of nonlinear vibration,the effect of process disk was considered as the vibration within two free degrees and the change of engaging point becomes the issue of variable steffness.By the use of numerical solution method a dynamic computerized simulation program for geneva mechanism has been worked out, a comparison between their result and the traditional analytic method has been carried out and the ways for reducing the dynamic load of the geneva has been pointed out.
