摘    要:根据煤中不同结构的硫在一定燃烧条件下的析出规律的差别,采用差热天平和定硫仪结合的方法,程序控制温度升高确定了煤中硫的组成和数量,同时通过与一些标准的含硫化合物的热分析结果进行对比,定性分析了部分复杂的硫分组成。结果表明,此法可有于煤中硫的结构和数量的快速测定及煤炭脱硫过程中脱硫效果的快速对比。

Abstract:For the fast determination of sulphur forms and quantities in coal, a program controlled temperature increasing combustion technique was used to characterize rapidly sulphur distribution in coal using the thermogravimetry/differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA) combined with sulphur analyzer. Based on the special properties of the air releasing from coal and pyrite in the above condition and compared with the results of some standard sulphur containing compounds in the same conditions, the sulphur forms and quantity in coal can be got easily and rapidly. The result shows that it is convenient for the fast characterization of sulphur in coal and for the desulphurization research.
