干式空心电抗器设计软件开发与应用

摘    要:基于等电阻电压的设计方法,开发了干式空心电抗器设计软件,提供解析法和有限无法两种计算方法,通过优化设计得到空心电抗器的结构参数,并给出电抗器的磁场和温度场分布,对不同安装方式和不同订货参数的空心电抗器都可以进行设计。以一种型号的空心电抗器为例,分别给出了三相平放和三相叠放时电抗器的参数。

Abstract:The structural parameters should be computed in the design of dry-type air-core reactor in order to meet the design requirements, such as rated inductance, rated current, current density, temperature rise and power loss. The calculation is very complicated because of so many design parameters. Based on equal resist-voltage method, the design software of dry-type air-core reactor is developed in this paper. Optimum design combined with analytical method or finite element method is employed to calculate the structural parameters of air-core reactor. The distribution of magnetic flux density and temperature field are also obtained. The software can be applied to the design of air-core reactor with different types of installation and different required parameters. The parameters of one sort of air-core reactor with parallel and vertical installation types are given separately.
