| 摘 要： | 介绍了河北宝硕集团股份有限公司在PVC生产过程中节能降耗的有效途径 ,采用聚合釜密闭入料 可降低消耗VCM 1 0kg/(t·PVC) ]、汽提浆料 回收单体 94 1t(按 4万t/aPVC计算 ) ]以及其它的新技术、新工艺等 ,节约资金达 1 385万元 /a。

| Abstract: | Effective ways to save energy and decrease consumption in the production of PVC in Hebei Baoshuo Group Co.,Ltd. is introduced.After adopting closed feeding (which can decrease consumption of VCM by 10 kg per ton PVC),slurry stripping (which can recover 941 tons of VCM according to the capacity of 40 kt PVC per year,and other new technology and new process,the capital saved has been up to 13.85 million RMB$ per year. |
