高背压机组轴封漏汽量的计算

摘    要:文章通过热力试验,采用了焓降法和计算式对巴陵石化有限责任公司热电事业部高背压机组的轴封漏汽量进行了定量计算,并与设计值进行了比较。结果比较表明:计算结果较为合理。因此解决了长期以来该机组由于系统复杂,测点不全,轴封漏汽量难以测定的难题。

Abstract:Through the thermal tests,by using enthalpy drop method and calculation expressions,the paper carried out the quantitative calculation of shaft gland steam leakage of high back pressure units for the Heat and Power Facilities Department of Baling company and compared with the designed value.The comparison showed that the calculation results were comparatively rational,so as to solve the problem that it was difficult to determine the shaft gland steam leakage of the units as a result of complicated system and incomplete measuring points for long time.
