江苏如东海港城市发展研究

海港对推动国家、特别是沿海地区经济的发展有着举足轻重的作用，规划主要从区域定位、空间布局、产业发展、生态建设、基础设施统筹等方面对如东海港城市发展进行研究，以期协调好港口与城市的关系，充分发挥港口作用，振兴城市经济，达到“城以港兴、港为城用”的双向作用。

Development Research of Rudong,a Harbor City of Jiangsu Province

The harbor plays an important role in promoting the economy of the country, especially the coastal area. The planning mainly studies the development of Rudong from several aspects such as regional location, spatial arrangement, industrial development, ecological building and infrastructure and so on in order to coordinate the development of harbor and the city, bring the harbor into full play, promote the urban economy and finally achieve the bidirectional objects that ＂the city can be promoted by port and the port can be used by the city＂.
