弧焊过程电信号的小波包分析

摘    要:CO2弧焊过程电信号的实际测试过程中,消除噪声干扰是一个重要的环节,小波包滤波方法可以有效地将信号和噪声区别开来。在Windows环境下,采用Visual C++6.0编程实现了小波包软阈值算法。测试结果表明:基于软阈值的小波包滤波是一种更有效的降噪方法,它可以改善信号特征信息的提取。

Abstract:In the practical experiment to electrical signal of CO2 arc welding process, it's an important step to eliminate the disturb of noise. Wavelet packet filter method can effectively distinguish the signal and noise. Under Windows circumstance and by use of Visual C++ 6.0 program language, the wavelet packet filtering algorithm with soft threshold operation is realized. It has been proved by the experiments that the wavelet packet filtering base on soft threshold is the better de-noising method, and it can improve the effect of extracting signal characteristics.
