STUDY OF POLYMERS STRUCTURE BY WAXD SERIES METHODS

The basic theories ,esperimental procedures,computing programs and the structure parameters obtained here with in wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD)series methods which include multipeak seperation(MPS),radial distribution function(RDF),cylindrical distribution functions(CDF),orientation distribution function (ODF)and azimuthal angle scanning in radial QAXS by symmetrical transmission were discussed comprehensively in the paper .Moreover ,work about setting up expert system analysing the polymeric structures of polymers was also clarified here ,and the real success of which would make it important and prospective in science and practice for the key field of studying polymer physics by WAXD series methods,i.e.the relationship between polymer structures and their properties.
