摘    要:随着市场经济体制的确立,电力作为一种商品走向市场已是大势所趋。而在电力商业化管理过程中电能计量装置无疑是一杆重要的“称”,它的准确与否直接关系到供用电双方的经济利益。因此,通过技术改造提升防窃电水平很有必要,同时还应注意采取措施提升计量工作的准确性和安全可靠性,以整体提高计量装置的计量性能。

Abstract:Along with market economy system establishment, it is the trend that electricity enters into market as a commodity. During the management process of electricity commercialization, energy metering equipment is a significant scale whose accuracy is higher or not will directly affect economic benefits of power supply enterprises and the users. Therefore, it becomes very necessary to strengthen anti-temper performance through technology improvement. Meanwhile, relevant measures should also be taken to ensure metering accuracy and reliability, to improve metering equipment performance.
