| 摘 要： | 中国现行的城市设计必须要以规划控制指标为原则进行设计,然而这些既有的控制指标往往以相类城市控制指标经验为依据制定,缺乏考虑本体城市所呈现出的政治、经济、文化的多元性,使城市设计的创造性受到很多的限制,并使得城市设计与下一步的详细规划或建筑设计相脱节,暴露了现行城市设计与控制指标之间的矛盾。本文以宁德市金塔组团梦龙路地块的城市设计为例,通过对城市形态的整合设计来确定控制性详细规划指标,进而引导城市规划的进程,探寻城市控制性指标体系与城市设计连续性。
