摘    要:研究分析Ф610mmx20.6mm规格X65MO钢级HFW海底管线钢管开发过程中碰到的技术难点,提出了一系列相应的解决措施.主要解决板材工作宽度的设计、成型及焊接稳定性的保证和焊缝热处理工艺的制定三个方面的技术难点。实施后对生产出的钢管进行检验,结果表明:开发的厚壁HFW海底管线钢管各项性能符合客户技术规范和DNV-OS-F101—2005标准要求。

Abstract:Studied and analyzed in here in the essay are the technical difficulties as encountered with in the development of the Ф610 mmx20.6 mm X65MO HFW submarine steel linepipe. As a result, a number of relevant countermeasures are proposed, focusing on those associated with three major aspects, i.e., design of the working width of the steel plate, guaranteeing the forming and welding stabilities, and preparation of the weld heat treatment process. The steel pipes as manufactured with implementation of the said measures are inspected and tested. The results prove that the heavy-wall HFW submarine steel linepipe has its all properties in compliance with the customer technical specification and the requirements as specified under Standard DNV-OS-F101-2005.
