摘    要:分析Ф508-1422mm螺旋缝预精焊生产线成型器技术改造的原理和计算方法,改造生产线设备中涉及工作板宽和管径大小的部位,提岀焊管管径向下拓展改造中应注意的问题及解决方案。分析认为:改造后的生产线运行较好,改造成本低。目前该生产线的螺旋缝焊管生产能力下限由Ф508mm拓展到¢406.4mm,具备小直径钢管生产能力,且已投产验证;后期可增加成本,可将1号、3号成型辐直径减小至110mm,同时减小辐座尺寸.缩小成型辐间距,可减轻成型辐痕。

Abstract:Elaborated in the essay are the modification principle and relevant calculation method for the shaper of the Ф508-1 422 mm HSAW pipe 2-step production line. All the parts of the equipment of the operation line as involving the steel plate width and pipe size are modified. And the problems as resulting from the expanding the lower limitation of the pipe size range are emphasized, and solutions are accordingly proposed. The analysis identifies that the operation line as modified with rather low investment is running well. The pipe size range lower limitation of the line has been expanded from the original Ф508 mm down to Ф406.4 mm, which means that the operation line has been capable of producing small-sized pipes, and this has been verified via actual production in commission. For the modification phase as follows, more costs shall be needed to reduce the diameter of No. 1 and No.3 shaping rolls to 110 mm, reduce the roll stand size at the same time, and shorten the shaping roll distance to alleviate the roll impression sign.
