涂料厂废水处理药剂选择研究

摘    要:涂料废水具有成分非常复杂、COD值高、处理难度大的特点。以某涂料公司为例,讨论了废水处理中药品的选择、最佳添加量的选择、最佳pH值的设定。实验表明,在废水中加入一定量的铁盐,并调整pH值到适当的范围可以有效降低废水的CODCr值,去除率可以达到86%左右。其中以硫酸铁80 mg/L、pH值在10~11左右处理效果最佳。

Abstract:Paint wastewater has characteristics of very complex composition and high CODcr value, so it is difficultly treated. Taking a paint factory." as an example, effect of reagent selection , reagent dosage and pH value on treatment result was discussed, the results show that when Fe( SO4 )3 is used as reagent,its dosage is 80 mg/L and pH is 10 - 11,treatment effect is best.
