黄嘌呤类药物合成废水的生物处理工程实践

摘    要:化学合成法生产咖啡因、茶碱、氨茶碱等黄嘌呤系列产品所产生的工业废水含有高浓度的复杂有机化合物和无机盐,且具有较大的生物毒性。选用厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)-高效生物曝气池工艺,引入了EMO复合菌群技术,先后进行了处理规模为100L/h和100~200L/h的小试和中试研究,好氧出水经氨氮吹脱处理后,各项指标达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)规定的二级排放标准要求。

Abstract:The wastewater of chemosynthesis of xanthic chemicals,such as caffeine,theophylline,aminophylline,contains high concentrations of complex organic compounds and inorganic salts and biggish biotoxicity.According to these characteristics,ABR-Efficient Aeration Pool with skill of Effective Microorganism(EMO) was chosen as the main techniques.A small-scale experiment of 100 L/h and a mid-scale one of 100~200 L/h were done early and late;the various effluent indexes met the standard of "Sewage Comprehensive Discharge Standard"(GB 8978-1996).
