| 摘 要： | 本文从质量、工程质量、工程质量行为、行为、组织、组织行为的概念出发,用组织行为学的观点分析,工程质量行为是组织行为,工程质量行为对工程实体质量具有能动作用。指出工程质量行为决定工程实体质量,要保证工程实体质量,必须弘扬、嘉奖、鼓励、保护正向工程质量行为。

| Abstract: | From the concepts of quality, engineering quality, engineering quality behavior, behavior, organization and organizing behavior, and with the analysis of organizing behavior, engineering quality behavior is organizing behavior and has the activity function to engineering entity quality. This paper points out that engineering quality behavior controls the engineering entity quality, and positive engineering quality behavior should be encouraged, commended and protected for engineering entity quality. |
