| 摘 要： | 磁性塑料卷材由ＣＰＥ树脂、助剂以及磁粉、经塑炼、压延成型的一种柔性薄 强磁性材料。为使大量磁粉（约９０Ｗｔ％－９２Ｗｔ％）能均匀分散在少量树脂（约６Ｗｔ％－７Ｗｔ％）中，必须对磁粉的分散性及其颗粒形状等方面进行研究。

| Abstract: | Magnetic plastic coiled material is a kind of flexible,thin and strong magnetic material which is made of PCE resin, auxiliary and magnetic powder, and formed by plastification and rolling. In order to make the major part of the content-magnetic powder (about 90Wt% -92Wt% )disperse into the minor part of resin(about 6Wt%-7Wt%)uniformed,it is necessary to study on the magnetic powder's dispersion,particle shape,etc. |
