基于Plature的入口钢卷跟踪画面管理系统

摘    要:针对入口钢卷跟踪过程的工艺特点及技术要求,设计了基于Plature软件平台的入口钢卷跟踪画面管理系统.分析了入口钢卷跟踪的工艺过程,对控制流程进行了说明.该系统采用Client/Server体系结构,客户机一侧采用Visual Basic为画面制作工具,服务器一侧使用高级语言编写各画面的服务程序.介绍了二者交换数据的方法.所提出的系统已成功应用于某不锈钢厂退火酸洗生产线的入口钢卷跟踪段,对整个过程实现了有效的监控,提高了产品的产量和质量,取得了明显的应用成效.

Abstract:To the characteristic and requirement of the entrance coil data tracking process,the CRT management system based on Plature platform is developed.The treatment process of entrance coil data tracking is discussed.Server-client mode is adopted in the system.Client user interface is designed by using Visual Basic,while the server user interface is realized by using advanced programming language.The approach to data exchange between client and server is introduced.The system proposed is successfully applied to the annealing and pickling line of a stainless steel factory to realize entrance coil data tracking.The quantity and quality of the product are improved.
