冲击载荷下PVDF和PZT压电材料的动态性能研究

摘    要:采用霍普金森压杆装置研究 PVDF 压电薄膜和 PZT-5压电陶瓷在冲击载荷作用下的输出线性度、响应时间和灵敏度。结果表明,在冲击载荷≤70 MPa 时。PZT-5的灵敏度为653.8 pE/N;PVDF 压电薄膜在冲击载荷为0~500 MPa 的范围内,输出电荷量具有很好的线性度,灵敏度为16.4 pC/N;PVDF 压电薄膜和 PZT-5压电陶瓷的响应时间与冲击载荷幅值大小有关,随着冲击载荷幅值的增大响应时间减小。

Abstract:The deferent linearity,the response time and the sensitivity of PVDF piezoelectric film and PZT-5 piezoelectric ceramics under shock loading were studied by Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB).The results show that the PZT-5 piezoelectric ceramics have high sensitivity when shock loading is less than 70 MPa.The electric charge of PVDF piezoelectric film has good linearity and numerical sensitivity 22.8 pC/N,when shock loading is in the range of 0~500 MPa.Response time is correlated with the yalue of shock loading,the response time decreases with the increase of shock loading.
