摘    要:培训中心要发展,关键在师资队伍的建设。认真分析师资队伍建设中存在的问题和矛盾,查找制约培训中心发展的瓶颈,从师资角色的转型、机制的完善、培养方式的创新、师资建设渠道的拓宽等方面创新思路;以提高培训质量为抓手,坚持"专兼结合、以专为主、注重素质、兼顾数量"的师资队伍建设原则;树立"专业、规范、创新、精品"的质量理念;是实现培训中心健康可持续发展和实现省电力公司"人才强企"发展战略的重要举措。

Abstract:The key of development of the Training Center is the construction of teaching staff.By seriously analyzing the existing problems and contradictions in the construction of teaching staff,the paper tries to find the bottle-neck problems that restrict the development of the Training Center.It puts forward that we can innovate ideas from many aspects such as change of role of teaching staff,improvement of the mechanism,innovation of the cultivating methods and expansion of the channels of constructing teaching ...
