| 摘 要： | 培训中心要发展,关键在师资队伍的建设。认真分析师资队伍建设中存在的问题和矛盾,查找制约培训中心发展的瓶颈,从师资角色的转型、机制的完善、培养方式的创新、师资建设渠道的拓宽等方面创新思路;以提高培训质量为抓手,坚持"专兼结合、以专为主、注重素质、兼顾数量"的师资队伍建设原则;树立"专业、规范、创新、精品"的质量理念;是实现培训中心健康可持续发展和实现省电力公司"人才强企"发展战略的重要举措。
